WORKING TOGETHER

Individuals play games, but teams win championships

Collaboration is another name for Working Together. A process where two or more people or organizations work together towards a common goal. Most collaboration requires leadership, although the form of leadership can be social within the group. In particular, teams that work collaboratively can obtain greater resources, recognition and reward when facing competition for finite resources.
Cooperation is also another way of working together to accomplish shared goals. Within cooperative situations, individuals seek outcomes that are beneficial to themselves and beneficial to all other group members.
So how would you define a team of people working together to achieve one goal?
For example a property development team, this team involves architectures, planners, the client, developer etc. They all team up to complete one project with the same aim.
The best word is probably COLLABORATION, since it means working together to create something. Used as an adjective, it would be “collaborative team”.

The simple “project team” can also work. In both cases, you can change “team” to “ensemble” if you like.

The action of working with someone to produce or create something. Working together.
